The ninth Central Asian Internet Governance Forum – CAIGF 2025 – will take place on May 23, 2025, in Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan. The event will serve as a key regional platform for discussing the prospects of digital development, expanding cooperation, and leveraging the potential of the internet in Central Asian countries.
The forum will bring together high-ranking representatives of government bodies from all countries in the region, international organizations, and leading global technology companies.
Key topics of CAIGF 2025 include: — Artificial intelligence as an engine for sustainable development and regional integration: global trends, regulation, and practices of Central Asian countries — Formation and development of a data ecosystem in Central Asia and Turkic-speaking countries — Enhancing digital resilience and ensuring connectivity in the region.
The forum is organized by the Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the National Legal Corporation.
